Gasway provides the installation and servicing of all gas appliances, boilers and heating systems to domestic, commercial, landlord and Social Housing customers throughout East Anglia. Our company headquarters are based in Norwich, so both our location and our expertise as gas specialists means we are well suited to serving the needs of customers in Norwich, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge and throughout Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.

Our customers benefit from our unique position as the regional alternative to the likes of British Gas, enabling us to provide a local service, but offering a far better coverage than a one man band.

We now employ almost 100 people, with a fleet of 60 vehicles and carry out around 130,000 installation, servicing and repair jobs each year. Despite this volume of work, we take great pride in our high percentage of fixing any problem on our first visit.

Over recent years, the company has invested heavily in a robust infrastructure through capital investment and employee training. Our friendly, experienced staff are trained to look after your needs and provide you with the solution to your boiler or central heating needs quickly and efficiently. All calls are logged and appointments can be made immediately with our experienced service team, through our specifically designed computer system.

Our field engineers are fully conversant with the latest regulations on Gas Safety and trained to ACS, CORGI and Gas Safe standards. Regular attendance of service courses keeps them up to date with new appliances and regulation changes. They carry ID cards and full documentation giving assurance of their professional first class competence.

Customers can also take advantage of our Boiler Cover Plans, at some of the best rates around, whichprovide peace of mind and a priority breakdown service. Our dedicated Landlords Gas Safety department also provide a quality service to all private and corporate Landlords, including the provision of gas safety certificates.

The company’s provision of a fast, responsive central heating and boiler breakdown, servicing, repair and installation for commercial organisations has led to the recent rapid growth of our growing commercial heating services. Our commitment towards maintaining a high level of investment in the business has also led to us success securing an increasing number of Social Housing contracts.
