Gasway's headquarters, in Norwich, is based in a modern building and houses our telephone service centre where our team of dedicated staff can book in all customer calls via a specifically designed computer system. All calls are logged and appointments can be made immediately with our experienced service team.

Our field engineers are fully conversant with the latest regulations on Gas Safety and trained to ACS and CORGI standards. Regular attendance of service courses keeps them up to date with new appliances and regulation changes. They carry ID cards and full documentation giving assurance of their professional first class competence.

Gasway's service department provides regular maintenance and breakdown calls to all domestic gas appliances. Maintenance contracts are also provided, giving customers peace of mind and providing a priority breakdown service. Our dedicated Landlords Gas Safety department also provide a quality service to all private and corporate Landlords.
