We would like to thank the personnel on the switchboard at Gasway for their usual efficient service, but particularly Dave the service engineer, who carries out his work in a friendly and efficient manner.

Whilst undertaking the service, Dave noticed a deterioration in the flue. He explained what was happening and how dangerous it could become long term if it was not replaced – but there was no ‘hard sell’ or any attempt to frighten. He also has a friendly manner when answering the stupid questions which we have no doubt have asked him over the years with Gasway!
