Social Housing Division

Since 1982, Gasway has specialised in the installation and servicing of all gas appliances, boilers and central heating systems for domestic property owners and landlords.

A few years ago, as a natural extension to our domestic heating service and a commitment to maintaining our high standards, we saw the opportunity to extend our services to the Social Housing sector. This led us to expand our services to include oil systems, electrical systems and all renewable energy solutions, including Solar Systems, Heat Pumps and Wood Pellet/Biomass Boilers.

Sustainability, both in terms of energy and business growth, is a very high priority for Gasway. Our Social Housing division is an important part of our growth strategy, which focuses on an onward commitment to maintaining a high level of capital investment in the business and improving staff resources and training. Importantly, our Social Housing work allows us to further demonstrate our excellent customer service; for example, we take great pride in our high percentage of ‘right first time’ fixes.

Customer Care

We’re passionate about providing the right levels of customer care for our customers.
This includes:

   •    All boilers we install, service or repair are provided with a gas safety certificate.
   •    With a large number of engineers and a fleet of 60 vehicles, covering Norfolk, Suffolk
        and Cambridgeshire, we are able to guarantee a flexible, quick response when needed.
   •    Our professional engineers are fully conversant with the latest regulations on
        Gas Safety and trained to ACS, CORGI and Gas Safe standards.
   •    Engineers routinely attend courses to ensure they are up to date with the latest
        advancements within the heating industry, especially renewables
   •    Our dedicated call centre allows customers to make appointments immediately
        with our experienced service team, all booked in via a specifically designed computer
        system. We’re also able to offer advice and support for any queries our customers
        may have.
   •    We are available for gas/heating appliance repairs 365 days a year.
