Retail Sales Surveyor

Salary: £36,000 to £38,000 pa. depending on experience

Full time, permanent job, Monday to Friday (No Weekend Working).

We are currently looking for a Retail Sales Surveyor, to join our retail team.

 Key objectives of role:

  1. To carry out and complete full central heating surveys for old and new heating systems ensuring accurate assessment to provide appropriate solutions for customers.
  2. Gain clear requirements from the Customer and present appropriate items to close the sale whilst assisting them with boiler knowledge to make sure they make a suitable choice which suits the customer.
  3. To generate detailed technical drawings for the installation engineers to follow instructions.
  4. To liaise with the installation team, with potential challenges and get an understanding of estimated time required to finish job to inform management and customers.
  5. To maintain and develop excellent customer relationships following enquires through from start to finish.
  6. To negotiate terms of an agreement and closing the sale by creating and producing detailed proposal documents / quotes.
