Service & Breakdown Engineer

As a key member of our engineering team, you’ll:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair heating systems across gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances
- Carry out servicing and reactive repairs on boilers, fires, and other systems
- Ensure full compliance with Gas Safe and OFTEC regulations
- Issue safety certificates and maintain accurate service records
- Manage stock levels efficiently and liaise with approved suppliers
- Take part in an on-call rota, providing essential emergency support when it’s needed most
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Domestic gas qualifications: ACS, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, MET1, HWSS1, CMDDA1, WREG
- Proven experience in service and breakdown engineering
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
- A full UK driving licence

- Strong technical knowledge, with experience using diagnostic tools and systems
