A Key Delivery Partner in a £32 Million Programme
Gasway played a key delivery role in a wider programme of more than 8,400 energy efficiency upgrades completed between April 2024 and March 2025 — a programme led by our parent organisation, Flagship which also took home an award at the Energy Efficiency Awards.
The total investment exceeded £32 million, with £4.4 million funded by the Government's Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund. Improvements included:
- Air source heat pumps and solar panels
- Replacement fire doors and windows
- Upgraded gas and oil heating systems
