Site Manager
We have a great opportunity to join our Team as a Site Manager working out of our Gasway office in Norwich, supporting our Kitchens and Bathrooms team.
Salary: £40,000
Location : Norwich
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the team this will include going on-site when required. This will also include providing leadership and direction to ensure policies and procedures to clients and customers are adhered to and the team is able to achieve key business targets and internal KPIs and ultimately customer satisfaction.
Service and Breakdown Engineer (Solid Fuel)
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service and Breakdown Engineer, focussing on Maintenance, compliance testing, and repair service for solid fuel to a range of different domestic and/or social housing properties.
Salary: £35,472.64
Location: Working across NR and IP postcodes.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Tools, uniform, and a company vehicle will be supplied.
In this role, you will be responsible for the heating engineering and plumbing duties including reactive repairs, servicing of solid fuel appliances, and associated works in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, industry best practice codes, and practice and legislation. Ensuring customer safety by completing activities in line with various rules and regulations including HETAS.
Service and Breakdown Engineers
We have a new opportunity to join our retail team as a Service and Breakdown Engineer to deliver high quality and cost-effective heating system maintenance, compliance testing and repairs, incorporating a range of different fuel types including but not limited to domestic gas, oil, solid fuel to a range of different domestic and / or social housing properties.
Working Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week + on call
Salary: between £35,000 - £39,900 dependent on experience
Location: Across East Anglia
Our ideal candidate for this role will have experience undertaking heating engineering & plumbing duties including reactive repairs, servicing of boilers, fires and other appliances and associated works in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, industry best practice codes and practice and legislation. A full driving licence and up -to-date Gas related qualifications are required.
Electricians
As an integral part of the team you will undertake domestic and commercial heating installations and repairs, including solar and the latest renewable technologies. You will also carry out EICR testing of domestic and commercial properties and remedial works to bring installations in line with current standards, which includes, but is not limited to, consumer unit replacements and full/partial rewires.
Salary: £30,784 - £37,000 - Dependant on experience and relevant qualification.
Location: Across East Anglia
As the ideal candidate you will have experience in general electrical installation work in both domestic and commercial properties. You will be a highly competent professional who takes pride in their job, demonstrate initiative in a varied role, and possess excellent customer service skills.
